Your company will be assigned a starting position once the assessment is completed. You and your advisor will also have a better idea of which aspects of your organization require the most attention. This gives us the information we need to figure out where you are now and how to get you to where you want to go.

Coordination

Increasing the value of your business takes time. As you improve in one area, other areas will react, necessitating changes. It can be difficult to pivot from one area to another without losing momentum established in prior areas. During the alignment phase, you will begin strategic planning for each area of your firm. While you should see tiny gains at the end of each session, you’ll need to go through numerous strategic planning cycles to achieve your ultimate objectives.

Implementation

These meetings could take place up to four times per month. If your goal is to plan your exit, the sessions will be focused on updating the data points that will help you get there. The benchmark value of your organization will be measured at the end of each strategic planning cycle, as well as annually, for those aiming toward value growth. Reviews
